River Aire plastics capture project resources

The iCASP contribution to the River Aire Plastics Capture project was a literature review to highlight the latest knowledge and research on macroplastics, and outline methods for capturing macroplastics in the riverine environment before they enter the marine environment. It also outlines some of the gaps in our knowledge about the impact of these interventions, to capture macroplastics, upon the environment in which they are deployed.

This work has been carried out in support of the University of Leeds' Living Lab programme and the University's #2023PlasticFree pledge.
