Programme Coordinator

Finn is the programme coordinator for iCASP and draws on his past experience working for Natural England, as a Catchment Sensitive Farming partnership project manager to great effect. He is responsible for identifying opportunities within the region where iCASP can have a positive and lasting impact. This is achieved through having a strong understanding of the current research base and partners’ priorities.
Using this understanding he brokers relationships between scientists, undertaking catchment management research, and organisations that could benefit from this research via interactive workshops and events. Finn has extensive project management experience which he uses to develop co-designed projects, manage project teams, and produce reports; ensuring projects run smoothly and achieve their desired results.
Finn is also responsible for measuring the success of the iCASP programme through the development of KPIs, impact tracking systems and evaluation frameworks.
