October 2020 NFM CoP Webinar

On 7 October 2020, iCASP, Leeds City Council, the Environment Agency and Yorkshire Dales Rivers Trust invited the NFM CoP to take part in a webinar to provide an update on the CIRIA NFM manual and discuss the future direction of the CoP, its objectives and future events.

The event featured three presentations with Q&A. These were followed by smaller group ‘breakout’ sessions to allow further discussion and feedback on two topics for the CIRIA NFM Manual (design of NFM, and a framework to understand NFM and what it is trying to achieve), as well as the future of the CoP.

Presentations:

NFM CoP – Summary to date – Jenny Armstrong, iCASP

The Yorkshire NFM CoP – What have we learnt? – MSc Research findings, Phoebe King, University of Leeds

CIRIA Guidance on delivery of NFM – Emma Wren, Mott MacDonald

We are currently running an online survey to gather feedback about members’ experience of the CoP do date. The feedback received will help us to shape the future direction of the group. We would be grateful if you could find the time to complete it via this link: NFM CoP survey
