Impact Translation Fellow
Manuel is a Senior Research Fellow at the Institute for Transport Studies, University of Leeds. His research is focused on the economic appraisal of public sector projects and policies and, in particular, cost-benefit analysis and the valuation of non-market goods such as time, accessibility, the environment and urban realm. Most of his work falls within the remit of the transport sector, where Manuel works closely with major public sector and industry organizations.
